Gram's House..!

Gram's House is an older home. She was born there in 1900 - an after thought - her brother and sister being at least 15 years older than her. She grew up in the house then married and stayed there, looking after her parents as they were, by then, elderly. Gramp enlarged the home and was one of the first on the island to have the luxury of indoor plumbing! Gram tended the gardens supplying us with peas in the pod and, of course, Saturday nights with beans and homemade rolls. They were wonderful grandparents, leaving us with many happy memories.
