Our cottages offer an excellent view of the bay and the village of Seal Cove. Our private area is located on an embankment atop the best sand beach on the island. It is perfect for building sand castles and moats.
As night falls, witness breathtaking sunsets.  Then later the water will dance with sparkling diamonds as the moon rises over the Sound (Bay) and the night sky captivates you with it's majestic display of millions of shining stars.
If pure relaxation is your style, sit on the deck listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach below. Witness the fluctuating tides and watch gulls playing over head. As the sun sets, enjoy the sights and sounds of the fishing boats returning from another day of harvesting the sea's bounty. (Cottage #6.)
Each of our cottages have two bedrooms and most include a pull out couch. Beds range from twin to queen depending on the unit and your families needs.  The sound of the crashing surf on the rocks below will lull you to sleep. (Cottage #2)
The four piece washrooms are stocked with towels and facecloths. Although daily cleaning is not done there is always a fresh supply of towels. (Cottages #4 and #5.)
The kitchen area is fully equipped with regular sized stove, fridge, and microwave. Also included are toaster, coffee maker, and of course a "lobster pot". Your pots, pans, dishes and silverware are all there - right down to the salt and pepper, dish towels and detergent. (Cottages #4 and #5.)
The rise and fall of the tide (about 24 feet) every six hours can also be fascinating. The water is clean for swimming but is not bath water - the temperature would not hit 11C/65F - however people, especially kids, swim there every day.

• Dogs - we are no longer taking dogs. The one exception to this is our returning guests who have come for years. For their dogs there is an additional $25.00 weekly or $10.00 nightly charge.
• Small playground with swings, slide, teeter totter, climbing bar & game of washers.

• Weekly price is for 2 people. It is $25 more per week for each extra person over 10 years of age.
• The nightly rate is for 2 people. There is an extra charge of $10 per person for all those 10 years of age and over.
• During July & August - minimum four night stay.
• We do not clean daily.
• ALL Cottages are "No Smoking"
• Cottages #1,#6 are "No Pets".
• Cottages #1,#2,#3 rent weekly Saturday to Saturday
• Cottages #4,#5,#6 rent weekly Friday to Friday

Cancellation Policy:

• $200.00 deposit per week required when booking
• $ 100.00 refund if cancelling prior to April 1st
• $ 0.00 refund after April 1st.
